Dynamic Solutions is dedicated to the development of Convergence tools to aid
the communication and utility industries. The idea of convergence is not merely supporting two
or more communication industry segments on the same computer system but rather
to be able to utilize functions and features from any industry segment to
support another. Thus a Paging system can utilize the sophisticated customer
contact screens originally designed for the Telephone industry in order to
handle PUC requirements. Also to be able to develop specialized rating systems
to handle new competitive needs based on specific client requirements which are
outside the traditional rating norm.

Company Profile
Dynamic Solutions 2000, Inc. is a Pennsylvania based corporation and was
founded in 1979. Dynamic Solutions 2000 was originally founded in 1979 by
John Gibbons. John Gibbons was employed by both IBM and the C-TEC Corporation
where he held various positions ranging from Technical Services management to
Vice President of MIS over a twenty year period. This included management of
C-TEC's telephone, cellular, engineering, paging software development. John
Gibbons also has developed and installed Paging systems. The first system being
installed in 1979 at Tri Cities Communications which is still a customer of
DYNAMIC SOLUTIONS 2000 today. John was responsible for the development and part
of the design of the Virtuoso Billing and information system for Cellular and
PCS. John Gibbons was also one of the founders and chief architect of New
Century Communications Inc. which developed software for the converged
communication industry markets.

The OASIS product line is available on Windows PC or Windows Client Server
version which are suitable for the startup or pilot type systems to large size
Communication or Utility companies.
The PC and Client server based systems support all areas of the
Communications and utility Industries. The migration from the PC to a Client
Server based system is seamless since the screens are similar. Dynamic Solutions
2000 also offers an OASIS system for managing cable television for hospitals or
hotels. In addition to the software products, Dynamic Solutions 2000 provides
analysis and consulting services and facilities management services to the
communication industries. The following is a table of the number of subscribers
supported for each platform.
The DOTS (Document online Tracking System) is now available and can track any
document from cradle to grave. The system is standalone or LAN based.
This system is used by a vast number of diverse customers.
